of course connoco philips wants to buy ELK, they just spent $9b with QGC and they just put an order for 200000 shares for $60,000. Get real. While ELK has potential and it is real, any deal with a JV will involve an issue of shares.
The current orders are there to flush some guys who have no idea what they are sitting on.
