Even if there's a ruling that uranium cannot be mined as a by product, does that mean that the 20 plus billion dollars worth of rare earths cannot be mined?
What about the 2 billion dollars worth of sodium fluoride?
If the government decides not to allow mining at all, does that mean existing mines will be shut down as they also extract small quantities of uranium?
They will need more money from somewhere if they are seeking autonomy won't they?
