agreed....NST just needs to pull their head in. I am sure if someone took money from your pocket you probably would want it back...Millions of dollars are at stake and it is fair for TBR/RND to ask for their money back.
Let's hope NST are 'fair and sensible' and settle this promptly so that all parties can move forward.
