boffin probably bases his predictions on the fact that he has shorted the stock heavily, and in a childish attempt to influence the stock price is downramping it on HC.
On the other hand, if he has any actual info, he should post the info, or some analysis, rather than one-line sheep-like statements announcing doom and gloom, the end of the world as we know it and the imminent arrival of Imperial Startroopers and Lord Vader himself.
