I’ll be in a bit late today because my computer has stalled - it got stuck when I googled “what are the specific responsibilities of an independent non-executive chairman”.... it seems it hasn’t been searched before and is lost in the depths of the internet somewhere...
Before that, I googled “chairman decides their own salary” and “chairman employs management teams” and “chairman runs the company” and “chairman controls share price”, and they all were frequently visited and loaded up real quick... go figure!
Oh and I need to stop by the park on the way in to sign the dihydrogenmonoxide petition.
