Hi Macrae Hope you've been well. There is no question that the market is waiting for detail, and not surprisingly. Nonetheless, one could also reasonably assume that the 110% premium was paid in full knowledge of the 'exceptional deal flow' that the coy has suggested is imminent. Equally, an address in the BVI is not necessary dubious (although I assume the inclusion in your post is meant to infer that, as is the reference to the independence or otherwise of the potential new board members). A quick flick through some of your recent postings suggest that you are finding increasing pleasure in posting on stocks using this style of suggestive inference, rather than the more constructive and proactive posts that I remember enjoying in the past. I note that you've recently taken something of a hit on your holdings in a certain investment house. I do hope that result doesn't deter you from focusing on your own aims rather than wasting precious time attempting to put doubt in the minds of others as regards theirs. With respect CJ
