And further to that, I find the current information provided by the board extremely thin on detail - it appears the board considers this 'a done deal', and that the shareholders are simply a small impediment to what will inevitably come to pass - more arrogance from the board. As I write this, the latest trades on ERG are at .016, in spite of the current slew of positive news. Why, I ask? VOTE NO ON THIS PROPOSAL
