I suspect you're referring to 'Garimpeiro', who provides a weekly column in 'The Age' on the spec end of the resource sector. He wrote an article some weeks back outlining the enormous leverage represented by EPR's tenements and the elephant targets that the offshore drills in 3 months are targeting. All very juicy. I hope he does a follow-up story now that the preface has been written...
