Every shareholder holds voting rights to their shares & it is totally unrealistic to be talking takeover offers given most shareholders paid more than 90 cents. Lowest price between 2004 & Dec. 2007 was $4.
CNP assets are not going to be given away, but believe there are a few buyers waiting in the wings to score a bargain when sales will have to occur. So far vultures have been turned away, but they have not gone away!
