SDL board states for the first time in an official announcement that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held late March or April 2020.. SDL shareholders have been waiting for this fantastic news since one-and-half-year ago.
For EGM to be held late March, the calling for the meeting should be announced in Feb 2020. This means that FIRB approval must be obtained in Feb before the calling of EGM.
