Maybe our economy is in relatively good shape --2.7% GDP IMO is very good -- and our market wants to rise from an existing low.
...But hesitates in the shadows of the US which contracted greatly in the absence of a commodities boom there. So here the XJO, XAO waits...... and ranges sideways.
