Cant agree with your sentiment more Launch.
I think management is all in Namibia at the moment leaving Rance at the helm to weather the storm alone. I cant begin to imagine what the deluge of phone calls and emails must have cost him in time along with manning the office alone. But I think you will find you were all given as much time as you needed. Each time I spoke with him he even had to answer the phones. Can anyone tell me if they didnt get replies??
