This patent stuff confuses me.

Those "new" 2 patents are something to do with manufacturing productivity enhancements or something are they? To improve manufacturing outputs of a product that nobody seems to want (or want to pay for anyway)?

Whilst the patents concerning the actual use of the chemicals (the actual products that BGT are based on) I thought ran out real soon - so open for every man and his dog to then use for free?

I have no idea why all this should be so difficult to understand and get information on? Can anyone provide information on this so I can get a better understanding?
