    $5000 invested
    basic amount I $ 506 buys 22 shares

    Maximum amount that can buy $1995
    so $5000 -$506 =$1489

    Prorata rate is $5000/$15000 = 1/3
    Prorata $1489/3= $496.33

    $496.33/$23 = 21.58

    Total shares is 22 + 21.58 = 43.58

    Rounded to the nearest 5 is 45 new shares
