Cheers fatman, but I am none the wiser on the patents.

What I am trying to ask is, are the original patents (so intellectual property basically) that BGT IPO'd on (and tried to sell/licence to Virbac etc post IPO) are they about to expire - which means any chemical company can freely use the molecules?

And on the 2 new patents, from the 2018 Report - I am under the impression that they are about the better manufacture of the molecules?
But the actual use of those molecules is about to go public and free?

These are the parts I do not get.
