"usually" never is a SPP prorated depending on your shareholding
that's what a rights issue is for
sometime they do a cut off if under a certain amount of shares
sometimes when you paid for the spp
sometimes everyone gets x% - This is what "usually" happens as it's the simplest for the registry to do and therefore the cheapest to implement
