One thing I noticed nippa, that I learnt was at the AGM. Herewegoagain posted pictures of some beautiful looking food and it looked like ample was provided. I did some blue chip companies inductions at their head quarters the other week. It had answers to some frequently asked questions EG-
- Is lunch and coffee provided?
Answer- No, but we have a cafeteria inside and ample coffee shops on the main strip.
I know inductions are different to AGMs, but in the mining boom at company inductions lunch and coffee were all supplied, but the money was their.
It’s only a small observation, but I’ve seen many cut backs in my industry from food, uniforms , accomodation, no meals on planes, no frequent flyer points , ect, ect to save money “ TO KEEP THE SHAREHOLDERS HAPPY “
