Unfortunately your observations are only YOUR explanation as to what YOU believe to be occuring, and not necessarily FACT. Perhaps it is happening as you say, and perhaps it is not....you have no way of knowing.

Movements within the depth could just as easily be explained as buyers and sellers reacting to the market....and whilst manipulation of the market does occur, more often than not such accusations are nothing but hot air.

My two cents on FMS....seems to me to be too low grade, too impure and too deep....throw in management's history, and I wouldn't touch this stock even with someone else's money.

Ok, now go on and label me a downramper....though in truth I couldn't care less if others make or lose money on this stock or any other.

Each to their own due diligence, and each to their own decisions.
