Ann: Settlement Agreement with GomSpace on Pearls Program, page-21

I don't believe the Pearls have been scrapped yet. Per the image below, they still appeared in the latest investor presentation. It just means that GOMspace have agreed not to penalise SAS for not getting the Pearls up in the originally agreed timelines. Still have to get the other other contractual obligation of $57m to Virgin Orbit sorted as well. They are also in talks there to push out thee timelines, so hopefully an announcement on that soon as well.
