Correct! There is a possibility that Phillips may not see long term value adding in the business model in joining hands with the PCK.

No doubt! PCK applications are convenient to old and very old people but whether they see any long or short term value of PCK apps that is another question.

Everybody wants value for their money! In my view, PCK has to work very hard to refine its apps. If that doesn't happen soon that PCK would further come down gradually.

PCK decline is hurting many investors already and any further decline due to significant selling by some investors would make situation worse.
