Well I dispute that and I maintain my view as that is my recollection of the meeting. You can pick whichever one suits your case/bias! I am happy with my recollection and I am still of the opinion that FAR's claim in the Arbitration will prevail. I continue to rate their chances as 60% or better and not a toss of the coin as some believe. IMO FAR will be awarded damages.
