You probably forget China is an authoritarian state and they can do whatever western countries cannot even think of. According to the websites, Wuhan is already cordened off and every citizen is monitored. The virus will probably disappear soon, so will be the panic.
SXY is a rising star although it is firmly controlled by bots and shorts. I hold this stock for five years and always buy at low and sell with a reasonable profit. I believe this is a good time to buy and increased my holding by a quarter. Good luck to all holders and please DYOR.
