There is some info about this in the scheme booklet, I've had a quick look, but haven't done the calculations yet. Depends on whether or not you use the rollover releif (which if you have been holding ARQ for more than 12 months is potentially a good idea (assuming you think awe and bru will be going up).
The only other way I could think of doing it was to consider the ARQ sold (ie one cgt transaction) split between the 19c payout, and the number of shares of each awe and bru you received.... using the volume wheighted average price of the day they were allocated (or first day of trading in the case of bru) , or perhaps closing price, to work out the proceeds of the ARQ "sale" and new cost base of the other two... but I don't know about the legality of this... I suspect that there will be a special ruling in next years tax pack which gives all the options, however if you want to know now, probably best to talk to a tax accountant.
