Good question. I'm not sure if CNX will be producing it themselves or just buying it? I've seen the large storage cylinders in the pics I wonder how much they store? Theres something to find out.

Heres some other info I found.
Oxygen gas can also be produced through electrolysis of acidified water into molecular oxygen and hydrogen. It is also possible to take pure water and by electrolysis of this water, we can recover hydrogen and oxygen. It is fairly simple and easy, and it doesn't require exotic technology or a great deal of expense.

In large quantities, the price of liquid oxygen in 2001 was approximately $0.21/kg. One litre of liquefied oxygen is equivalent to 840 liters of gaseous oxygen at atmospheric pressure and 20 °C.

Since the primary cost of production is the energy cost of liquefying the air, the production cost will change as energy cost varies.

I'm not sure of the current price of Liquid Oxygen per kg though?
