G'Day mate. I have spoken to CB about this exact same thing last night and as he explained it it has to do with the new ASX listing rules. I looked into them and found them detailed here -

So nothing nefarious to it, TLX is simply following the rules and as Chris so nicely explained, "Bottom section is now how much cash spent last quarter vs how much cash left - divide and provide how many quarters left. Supposed to provide greater transparency although obviously assumes burn is “linear” - hence our accompanying comments in the sales note. Hope this helps."
