A BODs job is to create shareholder wealth, not to be like our politicians and be the CEO for life.
Imagine for a moment a fair script friendly merger of NCM, NST and EVN.
Yes the best CEO would have to win that fight but they all have script and could be Execs. What a team, egos at the door.
Imagine how that merged entity could compete against the Nth Am gold majors.
Imagine what your share value would be.
