One other question

Does the Pro rata right sissue become nil and void if the proceeds are used for other purposes

I noticed they must of missed the $4M payment in December 19 for ANMA

They then borrowed $5m in January to make this payment.

Are directors allowed to change the purpose of the raise in placing the shortfall?

Pro rata rights issue was to be used to fund this $4M.

What i am saying can a public company raise funds as outlined in a prospectus and then use the funds for other purposes.Or should that become Nil and Void now for the $4M
