Pull back was bound to happen 300% is too tempting not the cash in. What is interesting is the trigger... SAR. They don't need the cash as investors was throwing money at them (oversubscribed) during the Superpit placement. Even after completion they are debt free so no balance sheet repair required. I can only assume they are looking at another acquisition.
