I am making quite a few quid by having my funds locked up in secure bank term deposits at 8.15 - 8.6%.
Only kept stocks where I am still very much ahead and some pay as much in dividends now as I paid for them ages ago.
My ratio has changed.. 20% stocks, 50% bank term deposits.. 30% property..
