Presumably OVH get first bite of the cherry in any wind up of Sargon. Whether Sargon gets broken up in to pieces and these sold off is uncertain but there are certain assets that OVH has security over so some payment is certain, how much is anyone's guess. As with any fire sale of assets there are some astute enough to pick up some bargains. What seems odd is that administrators being appointed to Sargon was fairly general knowledge before today so why go through the charade of a buy back with the inference that all is sweet with the interest payments.
