Sorry @healthyinvestor but you keep banging on about Facebook and for the sake of others reading this thread I will address your statements.

The point you're making is that people will just share on Facebook. Let me debunk this use-case for you...

    1. Parents take thousands of photos of their babies, and want a place to organize and store them safely.
    2. A lot of these photos are personal (ie: bathtime, breastfeeding) and you can not upload these to Facebook.
    3. Families are complicated and not everyone is "facebook friends" with their parents, grandparents, nosy aunts and uncles, and relatives.
    4. Facebook's photo management and privacy tools are infuriating to say the least. Their albums software is a decade old with almost no updates.

But don't let my points here persuade you - just go look at the data and see for yourself...

Take a read of some of the 64,000+ user reviews on the App Store, most of which are 5 star ratings.

A few more general thoughts for everyone:

Market validation. Competitors such as Lifecake (26k reviews on Android store), and Family Album (41k reviews on App Store) validate and help size the market. There's room to grow here for sure. The best part about TinyBeans's app-model is that they are front and centre on the app store and acquiring thousands of new users every day. New entrants will struggle to be seen.

More traffic. On the acquisition front, RedTri.com has more traffic (according to similar web, alexa) than TinyBeans.com, so this will no doubt give Tinybean's advertisers more reach across both platforms. It's a simple transaction that multiplies the Tinybeans footprint immediately. I don't see there being any technical challenges so it's very low risk in terms of integration.
