people, don't talk for the sake of talking, look at the facts.

yes a bank is paying 20 cents per share, good, and yes they want a better return than 20 cnets, unless they have another motive like Global.

But this is not Pensador, so look at the facts, Pensador were to tyake the off shore and refinery in exchange for shares and they would fund the copper etc.

So what part of they are not doing the refinery don't you understand.

So the deal that was is no longer on the table.
I know some will e-mail him and tell him what I said and he will say in a calming tone that "everything is as planned, or on track" or some other mindless non content one liner.

He also told us on BRR that Pensador were still funding the refinery, while telling others on the phone they were not.

But the deal has changed, what is it now, he wont tell us, well I suppose we are only shareholders, who unlike him put our money into it.

He will soon call an EGM, but will give little details cause everything will be "confidential"
he says the eranings per barrel for this refinery is a set rate, but of course that rate is confidential, who is setting this set rate,
    you guessed it, confidential
is there an off take agreement, no comment, why did he give Pensador $12 mill when they either have no funding or will not release any, no comment.

I would say Pensador were playing us, backed by Global, and pulling the puppet's strings.

yeah this new crowd will take over CVI, of course they will if they own 2/3 of the shares, so where then does Pensador come in,

If this new crowd can make something work then good, the puppet couldn't.
