I'm not sure that Pensador is dead, just nobbled at the knees.. much smaller.

Probably for offshore only .. maybe onshore.
Maybe Hardt and Global have funds in Pensador.

Problem with minerals funding could be legal title etc. Investors still perhaps uncomfortable. Might have to be stage three. Who knows when.
