    it's the sub-prime contagion,

    The Lehmann Bros situation isn't helping either.

    Centro will be fine, just got to get through this bad patch.

    LVR is still at an acceptable 73%, (the CAF sale was not in the calculation) no problem with meeting the loan commitments, recession proof assets, declining AUD.

    Please....... there really is no need to feel sorry for holders............
