Hi Will, the process is now geared to protecting the creditors, the creditors see the DOCA as providing the best opportunity to maximise their return, as they have agreed to it, they could also have chosen to adopt the liquidation route if they felt that would have given them better returns. So you need to look at it from a risk to creditors returns point of view, not from a potential maximising shareholder returns point of view , as unfortunately the system no longer cares about that. And the creditors have selected the DOCA over liquidation.

But that's all just in my humble opinion as always though..
