Still think a $1m cap raise is likely. There will be an SGM to ratify the issue of new and or past stock as well as a resolution to issue PO stock for pretty much just failing at his job, third time or fourth time lucky - I've lost count. Totally legal, totally within the listing rules so long as shareholders approve.
Should get a better picture of when with the quarterly released after market tomorrow. 80% chance February, 20% March at this stage.
