Yes this new group could be part of Pensador, who knows what goes on in this web of deception.
But at present what we know is the refinery funding has nothing to do with Pensador, anything else is just pure guess work.

So the question remains what is Pensador doing, we don't even know for sure what's going on with the off shore/Falcon, other than when Smyth beats the jungle drum, which I don't listen to any more due to mis information/lies.

If Pensador and this new group are connected then why are they buying shares, instead of this clawback thing.

so what value does the refinery add, well we don't know cause he wont tell us what this set price per barrel is worth.
