i'm accumulating today, brought more in the mid $1.8ish. IR cut is imminent due to low housing starts, and also probable another dividend in late October.
I'm a little concern on their asset sales given CNP news today, but GPT is does not have to force sell if price is bad, and with NTA of $3.68 and reliable cash flows superfunds could be accumulating.
