So MIStragic maintains that RED knew nothing regarding SAR’s intention to sell off $40m of it’s shares beforehand but this is contradictory to what Exised says that RED gave “ a slight premium owing to SAR being on it’s side!”.
This only serves to confirm my suspicions that the whole sordid business is proof that RED and SAR colluded together and kept their little ‘arrangement’ secret from both sets of shareholders resulting in a substantial loss for RED shareholders. This is ‘insider trading’ at best and creates mistrust of both Companies....they should be ashamed of their corrupt actions. I am new to Australia....does anyone know if they have breached any financial codes of conduct?
