I would sincerely try to find cases lately that they have allowed someone to stay - that has similar circumstances to you -

You will be disappointed if you just let the lawyers run your case - they do not care - the only way they would care is if there was a lot of money to earn - since you have a small amount they will not do any work - they charge hundreds an hour so your only hope is to try to get the legal aid lawyer to make the moves that you want them to - they will represent you in the hearing - so if you find some relevant ammo that will be the key -
They will not do the work or find the right info- that is more or less up to you to instruct them -
