lol Kitty,u should try hanging out for a anti dumping ruling.Delay after delay ,yawn delay. One time i got so impatient i phoned the anti dumping authority maybe 18 months back,he said we have just had school holidays,as i didn't want to state the obvious to him ie the delay had already been approx 12 months. Judges no different,but i repeat why is a judge deciding such a case on communications policy it should b the communications minister. ps and yes before some post that current minister is not to smart imo i can't remember having a capable communications minister since iv'e been in the share market ie 20 plus years. ps no matter what, i expect merger to go ahead but imo it will still b only the first obstacle and tpg/vodafone will continue to struggle but the market will love it. I suspect this is what the market is expecting ie tpg sp rise. ps want to swat ceo's ,penn for charlie.
