commsuc pro trader sucks - again!, page-3

Yes.Bloody hopeless isn`t it.I got in yesterday and encountered numerous problems only to be told by tech support I needed to disable my firewall and reduce my security settings etc.They`ve got to be kidding!.They also pointed out that the system works better with cable/adsl etc rather than my old dial-up.Sent an email to tech support this morning relating to this latest problem.I am reasonably new to this game but I enjoyed the trading process that the previous version of Pro Trader provided(When it didn`t freeze)What are the alternatives.Is there similar softwear you can purchase that gives the same capabilities when connected through an online broker such as comsuc.Any advice to a newbie would be appreciated.I`m more interested in the trading side than the charting aspect.Thanks,Cosmo.
