Hmm not sure if that's the best path forward, Chuck is mostly heading the commercialization effort as the Head of Business Development.
His still employed as an Snr Advisor at Outcome capital and they have facilitated some very large investments.
    See https://www.outcomecapital.com/transactions/

Richard has the most to gain from PIQs success being the largest shareholder and co-founder.
I think it would just as risky bringing some fat cat CEO on a $350k salary at this point in time.
Richard is taking a modest salary and controlling costs well in my opinion.

While revenue is disappointing, we can't discredit the milestones Richard and his team have achieved.
Partnering with the likes of Jannsen & A2M is a testament to Richard's leadership and credibility of PIQ services and the PD platform.

It's sounding like allot of things are going to start falling into place once the analysis is completed from the Jannsen Invokana trial.

This quarterly did highlight new services becoming available from the analytics department, I just received their shareholder newsletter and they have further elaborated on this here:

The cash position helps de-risk this investment, I can't imagine anymore dilution in the mid term, and there are so many promising catalysts coming this year. It's also a good stock to swing trade, it always rally's on positive announcements. Buying in the dips can be a rewarding past time while we wait for the big catalysts to unfold.
