Lynas output is low level everything so it actually beats most fertilisers anywhere. It doesn't have any potassium I believe and and the levels of thorium and uranium are known and measured to be very low level:

Condisoil once diluted I believe was 6 bequerals.

Any potassium rich fertlisers already are well over that radioactivity.

The phosphourous part of fertilisrs is obtained from phosphourous rocks which usually contain concentrations of thorium and uranium as well. That varies depending on where they get the phosphourous from.

I read this interesting study comparing Japanese fertilisers to Egyptian fertilisers and it measured all the radioactive components was an interesting read:

3. Results and Discussion

The specific activities of ²²⁶Ra, ²³²Th, and ⁴⁰K in commonly used fertilizer samples in Egypt and Japan are given in Tables 1 and 2. The respective average radionuclide activities of ²²⁶Ra, ²³²Th, and ⁴⁰K in the Egyptian fertilizer samples were  Bq kg⁻¹,  Bq kg⁻¹, and  Bq kg⁻¹ while, for the Japanese fertilizers, they were  Bq kg⁻¹,  Bq kg⁻¹, and  Bq kg⁻¹, as shown in Figure 1 and Tables 1 and 2. The radionuclide concentrations in Japanese fertilizer were less than those of Egyptian fertilizers except for potassium, as seen in Figure 1. The radionuclide concentration of ⁴⁰K is much higher in Japanese fertilizer samples and especially sample JF-1. Both Egyptian and Japanese fertilizers maintain radionuclide concentrations less than the recommended limits by UNSCEAR, 2008, [22].

What I find a little Ironic is these measurements are all greater radioactivity than Condisoil yet still meet the standards "recommended limits by UNSCEAR, 2008" for fertliser use.
