    Thanks Poohbear.
Offcourse, I am not living in denial, about the need of finance. I don't have it, ARU doesn`t have it. I purely asked for view of benefiting of a Takeover for a small shareholder, in term of share price increase and hence potencial profit. I hope to get experience from others perhaps going through takeovers many times before with exploration companies. I just had one, where after it , the potencial of the project vanished for small shareholder all together. (EXT)
If not explained otherwise, I view Takeover as having to present a gem on silver plater to someone else to exploit for pitifull price, and I will vote agains it.
I stongly believe, ARU board had much more negotiation power and ambition than that !

As for finance, there are other options like JV, customer commitments and help, Government (I have never seen so much positive activity from cross national Goverments in helping mining sector in my 16 years of mining companies trading).
Than there is Project sell down option (again, as percentage- to what degree it is questionable) where as I understood it, Arafura would still have ownership and operated all operation.
From my questions at AGMs over the years, my impression is, that mamagement is eager and passionate, and is not chasing to sell for profit and retire, but rather, continue to bring Nolans to life. (just my impression- not inflicting on anybody)

As for last AGM...……..few things which caught my ears.
    1. Public concern no 1 is Social Licence to Operate - the company explained, why they are very confident about obtaining it (should be coming soon)
which would lead to a Mining Lease later in the year (what happens with shareprice when both of them are achieved, is anyones guess)
The first one we were told, would accelerate finance possibilities or obtaining of- which would lead to readiness for production in 2022-23,just in time, when the supply lack is predicted
    2. Company had found, their strategy has Multiple Options to chose from in 2020- based on engangement feedback with various parties, according for ARUs achievments and milestones, hence they have very optimistic outlook!
    3. We were advised, that number of shareholders in last 12 months had risen by 2000...………(is this a joke, I ask all of you...…….is 2000 parties so unwise to invest in this yet small company?)
    4. We were assured, in comparasion, ARU has ultra low cost of end product, with recent potencial to still reduce that and prolong mine life
    5. Austrade`s role is to Bridge a gap between miners and customers and end users and was earmarked as "enabler" (also look up point 11)
    6. we were explained, how much pressure emerge in terms of Tracebility, or a product signature- or where is the product coming from and how it had been processed in terms of environment- (explained in QReport) ( I thik, it had been mentioned, that this gained importancy after the Dieselgate for car makers)
    7. little about Talaxis- I was the one asking their representative to introduce their company to shareholders- and I was glad I did
We were told, history and objectives of Nobel Group which Talaxis is part of (very interesting, as they have long fingers and obviously experiences)
Talaxis focus on Metals for EV, and or, is Techonogy Unit of Nobel Group if I understood it well.
They apparently reviewed 80 RE projects around the world and chose ARU for amount of work they have had done, and milestones they achieved, and hence best possibilities for future. Also on location of mine and operation. (jurisdiction and mining standard)
Talaxis strategy is Actively helping the company (ARU) on many fronts.
    8. we have also heard about our piers and their issues and development, amongs of LYC- as they all meet and talk to each other at industries events. (I will not present the details, as they would be targeted on , I am not interested in getting dragged into long arguments.)
    9. NAIF- my note says, that: NAIF process is controlled by Bankers -credit process, long process, /NAIF if awarded speeds up offtake processes
    10. "x" amount of tons of Phosporic Acid had been shipped to India for sampeling or something like that
    11. chinnese offtake is not apparently bankable- due to something with international banks- company has end user offtake agreement strategy.(someone here keep asking who are the customers going to be)

So , you see, lots of things influence the others, it is very complex task to bring this project to life and indeed a product. When I think, who was possibly selling in last two weeks to bring the price down -either speculators who chase fast money or the inpatiance, who might not fully appreciate and understand all above and its connection.
My only recommendation would be, do attend AGMs, of companies and have a listern, question, and enjoy a friendly chat with management over a tea or coffe break- you will see they appreciate you, treat you as a partner...……….and you will get to know all YOU need to know, and most likely otherwise UNOBTAINABLE and ivaluable informations Not everything is about money folks.

I hope this is of interest to serious holders and investors and adds to clarification of ARU`s development and story. I hope I did not distorted any information as my objective is to be honest and helpful.
Disclimer- this is not an advice, but purely my own observations of general nature. (this will apply to my possible future posts as well)

I thank the Management for their work and effort. Good luck to all shareholders. See you at next AGM. Hosujan
