I don't see any discussion here about the prepaid offtakes that Ganfeng took as much as they could because of what appears to be the inevitable and didn't want to lose those prepayments. They obviously couldn't ask for any cash back because I doubt the company could afford that either.

My guess is that the reason why they are not releasing their quarterly on-time is because it will reveal how incredibly f'd they are.
