ASIC were already investigating when the suspension came (nobody knew that prior to the suspension).
So, during a "secret" ASIC investigation, the share price drops by 50% in one day following the "release" of the OM report.

ISX said "nothing to see" for speeding ticket.
ASX then had a talk with ASIC - surely some elements of the secret investigation must have been a part of that discussion at some level?

ISX are now suspended by ASX.

(4C looks OK, lets see the profit figures grow though...... not just revenue and expenses growing in tandem)

So are you saying that anytime ASIC questions an ASX listed company they should notify ASX and suspend them. Thats total rubbish and you know it.

Get on the bonds website, they have 40% off at the moment, you may need a few new pairs of undies when this re-lists, short positions are goping to get absolutely smashed as I said all along
