Moomxx - each to their own - we do have investors on this forum who are happy to be vaguely right over a longer time frame while others work a much shorter time frame for multiple reasons - some simply seek cash flow others feel safer having their money in the market for the least time possible - the longer it is in the market the longer it is at the mercy of dishonest directors - incompetent managers and hedge funds who short the hell out of stox.

Dont knock those who work the short tiem frame - they are the ones who come in and buy your long term hold when it is really needs support - ok they may not hang round long but they perform a noble service lol
