    Lehmann is portrayed as a 158 year old company when it is not - it was acquired by Amex at one stage and then spun off again in the nineties as a very low capitalised company which tried to regain its former glory by taking huge risks.... so Lehmann's is actually only a 14 year old company with a 158 year old name.... but the journos keep spinning it as a 158 year old institution when it is not...
