Regarding IPL involvement. My reading of statements so far is that ARU are certain of the IPL deal. Yesterday ARU put out a presentation by BBY and it paints IPL's involvement in the phosphate processing as pretty much a given. To my way of thinking, I agree with Kalmsg that IPL is huge plus for ARU. MY only residual concern here is that the ann re IPL said IPL would make a decision after six months.
